Sometimes I take on the role of an HR manager, while other times I support the existing HR manager or CEO. My assignments can vary in duration from a few months to several years. Although each assignment is unique, my consistent goal is to prepare organizations for the future and enhance their efficiency. Below is a selection of situations I have handled in recent years.
Global HR Director for manufacturing company
A Swedish manufacturing company with operations across Europe decided to relocate its Swedish manufacturing unit to streamline production and reduce lead times for customers. At the same time, the company sought to assess employee engagement. For 12 months, I served as the interim global HR director, supporting the organization and its leaders on European HR matters. By working closely with the union, various company units, and affected employees, we successfully laid the groundwork for negotiations and ensured the project commenced smoothly. Additionally, we introduced and conducted the company’s first employee survey, which produced positive results.
Supporting an American SaaS company
An American SaaS company was acquiring a Swedish group of companies. My role was to support the American company throughout the M&A process and the integration of the group. Additionally, I assisted the Swedish CEO in merging corporate cultures, practices, processes, and growth objectives smoothly. This assignment lasted 2.5 years. By its conclusion, the business had achieved over 300% growth and was generating a strong profit.

Interim CHRO for global SaaS company
A rapidly growing SaaS company in the sports industry needed temporary organizational reinforcement due to its expanding demands. I served as interim CHRO while also assisting management and the CEO in recruiting a permanent CHRO. In addition to leading the existing HR team in daily operations, I evaluated their methods to optimize organizational efficiency and workforce effectiveness. The assignment lasted six months, after which the newly hired CHRO took over the position.
Senior HR Advisor for public organization
For several years, I served as a senior HR advisor to the HR director of a public organization with over 700 employees. My role included offering guidance and acting as an external consultant on key issues. Additionally, I provided managerial support in areas such as operational negotiations and workplace safety. This successful coaching assignment concluded in December 2023.
