Interim HR

Sometimes, the HR function needs to be bolstered for a brief or extended period, whether on a full-time or part-time basis. This support may be required to temporarily fill vacant HR positions or to manage project-based work. Every organization faces continuous change, from recruitment and development to implementing new processes and strategies. It might involve a major reorganization, post-acquisition integration, or the challenges of rapid growth. Whatever the change, my role as an interim HR manager is to guide you through the transition, ensuring you emerge stronger and well-equipped for the future.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching focuses on supporting and developing leaders, whether it's guiding them through organizational development, driving change, or phasing out a unit. It also involves helping them achieve set goals, enhance leadership skills, and navigate challenges. Unlike my interim HR assignments, my role in executive coaching is often less operational. I work directly with leaders in a more formal capacity, rather than being embedded within the organization. However, the tools and insights gained from coaching sessions ultimately benefit the entire organization.

Senior HR Advisory

HR advisory provides strategic support to the management team, board of directors, or a CEO, serving as an external resource for leadership and the HR department. The primary goal is to align HR practices with the company's overall objectives and strategies. This includes offering insights, evaluating existing processes, and helping to shape and enhance strategies. As a senior HR advisor, my focus is on empowering the organization to achieve its goals, rather than executing them on their behalf.
